My dachshund sleeps on my bed but i do see the benefits of crate training. They have a place of their own, can stay at other peoples houses and know what to expect but also should they god forbid come down with IVDD, they can go on crate rest without distress

I brought a mini doxie from Calif to Massachusetts. I lived with my parents and my 2 sons. My mom also had a doxie named "Inches". The two doxies played for hours and made us laugh with their antics.the 2 girls are the best mates.having two is fantastic!

Hey Valeria. I gave the video a thumbs down, because. How would you feel to wake up in the middle of the night and you want to go to the toilet but you can't, because you are in a cage. It make me so sad to see people to threat animals like this. I grow up with dogs and they were all ways aloud to sleep where they wanted to sleep in the house doing the night. Please let him loose. kind regards Morten...

I have a 9 month old miniature boy, and personally the overnight sleepies with him are one of my most wholesome experiences I encounter in life, and I get that every single night ❤️ I try and understand why some don’t choose to have their dog with them at night, and I can’t 😂 🌭

Anyone who is against cages isn’t a good dog owner point blank, cages keep your dog safe. If your dog is out 24/7 with no supervision they can get into literally anything and everything.

I was against cage too until I realized how important it is for dachshunds who really need complete guidance. In the long run, it’s best for them to normalize not jumping. Their backs are so sensitive.

If you haven’t tried the Suoergoop unseen sunscreen spf 40 it’s AMAZING! I don’t wear makeup though so I don’t know how it wears with make up, but I use it on top of my skin care and it gives me no white cast and this is literally the first one I have found that does not make me look wider than I already am. it’s a little pricey and I wouldn’t have bought it for myself but my daughter bought it for me for Mother’s Day and now I am hooked so I have to keep buying it ❤❤

For any one watching this first a few things the dogs crate is far far t big just the bed that is it we need the dog not to go to toilet in crate that’s how the dog learns to hold it in til morning no water no food no toys and certainly no puppy pads just the small bed then don’t use puppies pads we need to learn the dog to go outside so we watch constantly then when the dogs looks like it’s going we say no firmly pick up place in garden then praise otherwise you will be trying to train them for months

He needs more stimulation and he’s a puppy of course he’s a crier! Have you guys never had a puppy before? They need lots of patience love and attention and not left in a crate by themselves all day long. This is from 3 years ago, so I hope he’s okay now!

I loved this video! I bought a teacup male Dachshund 2.5 lbs today. I can’t get him til Tuesday. I am so excited about this little guy and my giving him a good home . I am soon to be 74 years old and I just retired from teaching last week after about 50 years of being in the classroom . I am a widow and now with the time on my hands, I need something living 9:41 to be responsible for.. You have a beautiful toy dachshund, and you will enjoy him every moment. I had a miniature long-haired ducks and red. After 16 years he had cancer and arthritis and I had to put him down October 23 last year. I cried and cried and cried Of course I didn’t want another dog nor one, but today was the day I had the money now and I got a great deal on this little guy. God is good all the time your precious guy.

@angelawilson79546 ай бұрын
It's concerning to see him in a crate. (Try it out yourself.) It's like taking a toy out of a box to play with. If he has unwanted night-time behaviors - good, consistent training should take care of this. Put in the extra.
