That mermaid’s gonna be kidnapped by a greedy ringmaster to be part of his circus at Las Vegas, so the man teams up with a anthropomorphic pig bounty hunter named HitPig and a marine biologist/animal and human rights activist to rescue her. It’s like protecting a new rare species from harm, and saving someone from slavery.

I love the little "mermaid sighting" with her picture in the newspaper. Such a cute detail. I thought it was going to end with her sitting in the gondola while he rows them along, but I like this ending, too. 😊 It's such a sweet, wholesome video.

I like it that he carried the flower with him hoping to give it to someone everywhere he went, and when he thinks it hopeless for him, he left the flower, but the mermaid takes it and puts it on her hair and later gives it back to him which he accepted it filling him with happiness.

That’s what’s gonna happen in my horror take: the mermaid transforms into a man-eating, amphibious lungfish with anglerfish-like teeth and glowing eyes, and that big killer shapeshifting lungfish is called a siren. That man was then killed by the siren, which performed a death roll, with other sirens joined it as they eat the man’s flesh.

Absolutely lovely! I was afraid there was going to be dark or comedic twist at the end. But the sweetness and sincerity of it all the way through was a breath of fresh air.
