The property is nice, however the cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen has to be updated, along with an updated stove and microwave.A good paint job, a pool cover to prevent unwanted falling things and clearer, cleaner pool water. I like the idea of a door that leads from the pool to the bathroom this prevents tracking water thru out the house.
