The melding of the cello and piano parts in your performance is superb. You really are a cohesive team on this. I love it! Bravo! I'm getting ready to perform this in a recital this summer and your playing is an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Wonderful. The arrangement and playing has all the weight and energy of an orchestra. Thanks for this. Beautiful!

Arranging Symphonies or Operas for piano (either two or four hands) or small "Chamber" Ensembles was a very common practice during the 19th Century, so that people can play them in a period when recording techniques still didn't exist. Beethoven here has done an amazing job with his own 2nd Symphony!

So enjoyable! Much more preferable to the full orchestra version. Wonderful performance!
Kevin, I love your control of, and use of, the full dynamic range of the instrument.

I think it could be said of Kevin, "He will play no note before its time." I love the way he takes the time to let the emotion fully develop and resonate through the instrument. It brings a feeling of excitement to his playing.

Love listening to these wonderful musicians playing such a lively and dynamic piece. This music reminds me of Latin dancing and its great rhythms. What a beautiful combination of sounds and use of percussion.
