Well, I live in south Florida. We are desperate for a break in housing. The average home is nearly 500k for an entry level home. Thus, the property tax would necessarily be $750 per month, in addition to $350 monthly insurance. So $1100 per month if you paid 500k pretax for a home. But yeah, let's consider local government's tax revenue first under the guise of equality. Our children can't afford homes nor are able to start families under the current system. This was the people's way of trying to tell the government they have to do with less so we can actually afford to live. Not even lavishly, but live period without having to work 80+ hours per week.

Neither option ends gerrymandering. It just determines who is in control of gerrymandering. While it seems 'fair'.. from what I've heard, these commission members cannot be voted in or out by citizens. Politicians (retired judges)appoint these members and only the current members can vote themselves out. None of that sounds good to me. If the citizens had direct control of voting these members in or out, then I'd vote for it. I like less government control, and this issue does nothing to fix it, despite what Issue 1 supporters would like you to believe.

Ron is deceptively Lying by twisting the facts. Very disappointing i thought Ron was a honest person. Amendment 3 was drafted exactly how the Florida Supreme Court said it had to be drafted to comply with the single subject rule. Home grow was not allowed to be attached to amendment 3 because of the single subject rule. They tried attaching home grow last election season and the courts threw it out that's why it was not on the ballot. It's not a monopoly there's more than 20 different companies with multiple stores each operating in Florida right now that have also contributed to the campaign. Trulieve is not a Canadian company they're based out of Florida and they support home grow. No one will be smoking in restaurants or anywhere they want just like cigarettes. Those laws come after the amendment is passed, including home grow and those laws are needed because there are a lot of inconsiderate people. There's a difference between prison and jail. Marijuana so-called offenders are fined and put in Jail not prison. Deceptive propaganda across the board.

So.. our Democratic ran state has again come up with a way to manipulate the election. The officers refused to look at my ID, they asked me my address & what's my name. Okay ... But my voter information, whether I voted or not, is published. In addition they have allowed mail in ballots. Just like 2020. They will determine who hasn't voted & then submit "absentee" ballots, of course selecting DEMO candidates. When our government allows criminals to run our country & the elections are clearly rigged, why are we all not storming the Whitehouse I'll never understand!!
