I am speechless.... 5 years!? I fully believe that. This is a masterpiece! When you moved the Glass into the frame I was so anxious watching it, but knowing how long this took to make I am even more anxious. What a craft! What craftsmanship! I am so honored I got to watch this. And I envy every last craftsman on earth that still gets to make beautifull pieces like this❤

Hello David.A.Smith , my name is also David and I am a 62year old brush Signwriter in New Zealand. Your amazing skill , talent and endless patience has me in absolute AWE . I watched this video clip in stunned silence not wanting it to end but in anticipation of seeing the finished work of art. You are at the absolute pinnacle of the Sign industry. I gladly take my hat of to you 🎩 👍👍👍

As an artist, I would value this piece at a quarter of a million pounds sterling. As an artist, I bet David didn’t even get paid half that.

My god. I’ve just witnessed a true artisan and craftsman create something utterly extraordinary. I was almost tearful as it was lifted into place on the wall, I really felt the countless hours of impossibly intricate work coming to fruition. A glorious, glorious piece of work and a wonderfully made film documenting it.

That is without dout the finest piece of reverse glass I have ever seen. It is a shame you sent it to New York. The "Big Apple" is not the thirving center of comerce and innovation it once was. New York City is now a cesspool of crime, government coruption, taxation and filth. Investors and entrepreneurs have had thier drive and vison crushed and ground to a fine powder scattered in the wind and are fleing to freer states. New York is dead. It is dead and will never recover.

Before Macintosh easy type adjustments and silent movies with ‘chase scenes’, a type composer would “cut to the chase”, if the story is too verbose to fit in his “print chase”
