Bro you can't see museum because it was completely destroyed by earthquake and it is now under construction . Everything which was in museam are safely kept. After that building contructed they will put all things and only you can see museum items. And that charge was for you to see living goddess (kumari). Plz don't cry on paying only 500. If you want to see museum there are others palace in Kathmandu. I would recommend you to visit Narayanhiti Palace. Thank you brother.
