Following the work from this dude for a long time and was never disappointed in his releases - however, that one is the cherry on top. Huge fan of the realistic atmosphere, the lights, sprinklers, echo in the garage, radio playing and the clean design in general. Truely amazing!

Hey, love how it looks. Is this only available for FiveM or is it for Single Player also? Also the garage is weird that you can see the metal door kind of open but on the inside there's no metal door at all.
