I WAS THERE!! I've been wanting to see this amazing band for more than 20 years. Absolutely amazing. I know Eddie was ill but still, what an amazing voice he still has!❤

@laurawatters914 Hi Laura, hope you are well! I know you love PJ, I was there last night and Eddie was very unwell. He said he thinks he caught it in Dublin on the weekend. Honestly Laura I was so proud of him for his efforts and his band mates for their professionalism as a band. It seemed as though it could be a long night for them at the start but they quickly made adjustments, switched set up, and ended up delivering a great show. Mike mcready stepped up big time and the crowd sang along with every song. Hope Ed is recovering well, will be lucky enough to see them again in London on Saturday and can't wait. The performances of their new songs has been exceptional. The highlights for me last night were the 4 new songs they played.

AS FOR MCREADY, I HAVE ALWAYS SAID ONE OF PEARL JAMS SPECIAL INGREDIENTS, IS THAT THEY HAVE TWO SINGERS, BUT PEOPLE THINK THEY ONLY HAVE ONE. MCREADY SINGS WITH HIS LEAD GUITAR AND IN MY OPINION THIS DYNAMIC, MIXED WITH JEFF AND STONES UNBELIEVABLE CHEMISTRY AND RHYTHM MAKES PEARL JAM THE SPECIAL BAND THEY ARE. He was sick as a dog last night, many a "artist" would have cancelled. His band mates and the crowd really stepped up and rewarded Ed for his efforts. What could have turned into a bad show following the songs in this video in my opinion turned in to a special one. Very professional to make the adjustments they did and still deliver a show that I know left everyone around me delighted 👍

@brooklynbasement some sort of flu I think( I think he said bug). It's definitely impacting his chest and respiratory systems. Was often struggling for breath and I could seem him going to base of drum kit blowing his nose and wiping himself. Needed a couple of minute breaks throughout show off stage too, that's when Mike stepped up big time. There is a lot going around UK at the moment, I was ill for 3 or 4 days before the show and was glad I felt OK to go. He will be taken care of and with 3 full days before next show I am hopeful for Saturday.

Great vid, thanks! Perry would play guitar on this back in the day, and I remember thinking he looked like he'd never held one before. Thinking of a particular broadcast, Milan 1990 maybe? He had trouble with some of the high notes even then, so his voice has held up fairly well. And the more percussion he plays, the happier I am. Big grin on my face when I saw him going for the bongos. But bring back the guitar! He must've gotten better at it by now. So great to see these guys back, still looking and sounding like legends. It's been nearly 40 years since they formed, and their entire legacy basically rests on a dozen or so songs Eric and Perry wrote in 1986/87. Oh, and the theme tune to "Entourage", lest we forget. Don't mean to disparage, obviously. Huge band for me in my teens, and those albums are still solid gold. And this is simply one of the great Rock Epics.

There is anti gravity technology (the flying triangles. I've seen them) that makes these bomber's seem as ancient as a musket rifle. The bowels of Area 51 and Groom Lake have technology that will never be seen unless we enter into a war with China or Russia. Otherwise, it's not needed. And the ones I saw were NOT the TR3B.
