Because u need to factory reset....I know the problem you're having the Google assistant keeps saying stop Just simply hard reset/factory reset the device and let it start over from new again and activate the talk back and u will get the voice commands Try and u will see The same problem I had with a Samsung a11 just a few hours ago and tried that method and it work If it doesn't work hard reset until it does my friend... Good luck

Hard reset the device And when it starts over Activate talk back on And you'll see it will ask u to allow Allow it and ull get a forward from there my friend
