I hope you are not expecting high-end or high quality when online shopping. As for a return. Good luck with that. Nothing on the site for help works. You get your order, but it's yours to keep if you like it or not. If you managed to actually return something, please explain how step by step because I've tried and tried. Nothing on their site will work to help you. Seems to be no support or a way to contact them.

we were going to just let it pool at the bottom for the look, but it got kind of breezy so I think our wedding coordinator just tucked the fabric under the stand the day of so it wasn’t flapping away haha

This may be a silly question. But how did you print white on the place cards? Did you get white printing ink?

I just used white paper, so the colour around the text prints but the ‘white text’ is literally just the plain paper of that makes sense 😅

How did you prepare the lettering for the welcome board? How did you paste them?

I typed them out on the Cricut design space and then cut them out using iron-on vinyl on my Cricut cutter. Then I used an iron to adhere them to the fabric 😊

I think there were designated smoking areas on the resort, I don’t really recall smelling smoke while I was there so for us it wasn’t an issue

The food and drinks were great! Definitely not 5 star food but flavourful and great for an all inclusive, lots of selection 😊 drinks were great as well!

we had taken a flight in and out of Cancun airport. We took a private taxi to get back to the airport

@@prettyfly5456it was just the local public taxi service that’s used throughout Tulum, the day before we checked out we just asked the attendant working the drop-off area counter to arrange for a pickup the following day

It’s b an hour from the Tulum airport and 1.5 hour max from Cancun. Take whichever flight is less. Canada transfers for the van. They are great and will stop at store or farmacia. I did a review on here about the Conrad which is more adults and spendy, but very posh and quiet
