Great work Sahil. You are an inspiration and a champion 🏆 I watch your vlogs during my morning tea making ritual and it just lifts my spirits so much further. And I feel I can accomplish so much on each day. I had tears, when I heard your mom say, how you can never disappoint her. I feel the same way man, and hey I’m not even your mom 😀 Keep going my friend 👏

12:26 Sahil's mom was so cute when she was cheering those girls on saying "Girl Power!" 😅But on a serious note, I think a lot more women should try running. Check out Lucy Davis, she's a pro hybrid athlete from England who regularly runs marathons and she shares her daily routines, diet and goals etc. on her channel (Lucy Davis Fit). She's really inspiring! 😇

Amazing work Sahil! Thank you for sharing with us. Marathons are so hard and you put up a super impressive time. Thank you for being such a great inspiration and sharing your insight with the world.

There’s some glimpses, but the video doesn’t capture the emational turmoil one faces during a marathon. And really serves as an example of how to deal with your life challenges! As usual you dealt as a champ!

Yes, hard to have all footage during since no spectators allowed most of course and I was in no shape to film during!

Hi Sahil, do you take 15-20 mins nap during your day? I wake up at 5 am, hit the gym, go to office at 8, come home around 5 pm. I feel so tired in the evening after coming from the office. What should I do to avoid fatigue and do my extra stuff ?

Sahil, I’m 27 on my grind and really appreciate these videos. Please continue. Everyone is sleeping on these, KZbin and X. What happens when you are in deep work and want to just keep going past a time block? Or a task takes longer than expected? Do you cut abruptly to the next block even if you are in flow? I struggle with that and find myself falling out of my scheduled blocks making the whole day out of wack because of this.

True that, I think this is the reality, we see rare people, I mean it takes a lot of hardships to build passion such as singing, dancing, or content creator, It should be even if there is an opportunity to monetize..

Love the time blocking, Sahil, but how would you suggest I block for client meetings. I could have days where I have 1 and others when I could have as many as 5. Any thoughts on how to keep it flexible yet still blocked?
@Sahil_Bloom5 күн бұрын
Management time. All calls and meetings fall into that bucket. As you progress, aim to have them bucketed into specific windows, but early on, it’s fine for them to be spread out:
