Hey! looking back on it the best advice I think I Could have gotten was find a way (if you can) to love your voice not for how it sounds but for what it is to you because no matter what it sounds like it's uniquely yours. Its how you communicate with the world and that's a powerful thing! As I grew into my voice I think I realized that even though it changed it still sounded like me. Maybe I'll update this video for a three years update. Hope all is going well for you on your journey :)

Yeah course! I always shower before I take my shot in order to relax myself and warm my muscles up, depending on if you take sub-q or enter-muscular injections will determine the length and size of your needle but over all yeah! feel free to shower before or after! if you're taking your injection properly you put the T directly into fat or muscle so there should be no leakage at all. sorry it took me so long to respond I was on Vacation!
