Doodly is idiotic for not supporting transparent backgrounds. This chroma key method is chewing up your line art.

Many thanks for this tutorial. One thing I found in using Gimp Polar distort transformation filter was that it did not transform back to a perfect equirectangular image after cloning/editing out tripod etc, so a slice would be missed at the edge when viewing in 360. I managed to work around this by blending the edited with the original image on layers in Gimp avoiding the errors introduced in the polar transform.

This is super helpful, thank you! After doing all the steps, when I go to normalize, my moments of no audio get louder as well. It doesn't seem like that happens to your timeline. This makes my noise floor louder (I think I'm using the right terminology). Basically, my "quiet" moments in between speaking are louder than I'd like. Any tips on this? Thanks!

What would the dimensions be if you wanted to put it in the top left corner?

Hi Emily, For 1080p clips, I'd start with x/y scaling of 0.20 and the x/y location of -0.36. If you want x/y scaling of 0.25, a x location of -0.34 and a y location of -0.33 looks pretty good for a top left picture in picture clip.

Select the viewer, then press N to rename it. That works for renaming any node. Or right click on the viewer, Edit->Rename Node.

Mate, thanks for the clip appreciate the tute, however a bit more preparation and doing a few dry runs first would have helped to shorting it by less than half timeframe. At least half the video is you fumbling around to download, unzipping and putting the files into folder. Seriously!

food waste consequences are mostly enviromental but we can also find economic problems. In first place, the carbon footprint of food waste, is 3.3 billion tons of Greenhouse Effect Gasses, making it the 3rd GHG emitter after the US and China. The uneaten food is the 30 per cent of the world's agricultural land area. water footprint is also a problem.

Hi Pocket Learning Studio, Thank you for this video. Very well explained. Do you know if there is a way to do like a typewriter effect and to export it as a .mp4 video for example ? I know that for example do it but I am looking for a similar program freeware opensource (like Natron) to do it. I am working on Linux Mint. Thank you for your feedback. Quentin
