Thanks! Really appreciate the comment. My brother made the boxes 5 years ago, before I started filming things. I might do some modifications this summer as I bought a rooftop tent that I want to install over the bed of the truck. Stay tuned for those videos!

Nope not on this boat, it is definitely meant for skiing and does that extremely well.

Why build 2 different layout jigs before finally transferring to the steel? Just lay it out on your steel and cut that shit! Lol. Find something good to trace your radius, line up your centers and lay it down on steel. You transferred that same radius 3 times to 3 different mateirals. I mean, it's only purpose is to hold a grinder, doesn't need to be perfect. That wooden guide you ended up with was far from a perfect radius anyways. Just saying, made it way harder than it needed to be, but that's how we learn.

Cardboard was to find the spacing so the guards didn't hit, the plywood was created with an offset for the plasma cutter torch head.

I took off the intake hose to the waterpump and used a hose clamp to connect it to the garden hose. Might need some other adapters depending on the intake pipe size.

But I don't have that switch. My boat dead in the water. Got old shoreline control panel and no label on one of the switches. Just got the boat. Went to crank and nothing. I have 2 batteries and plugged to shore and have a battery accessory volt charger connected as well. I don't know what the hell to do. I did notice a red battery cable is corroded. Not sure if it's that. But it dead.

Got it all sorted and it doesn't spray oil anymore. Turns out the last owner 'winterized' it by pouring several liters of oil into the engine and out the exhaust pipe.

I always recommend using a plastic or rubber handle, but 12 volts for an automotive application won't hurt if you're using an all metal tool.

Yeah I’d think twice about reusing fence posts as fire wood, you also only need to take a wrap around the post w/ the chain, friction will hold

Still have it? I’m thinking it’s the pto itself that’s shorted. I have changed the relay, starter and pto switch still doing the same thing. I’ll keep you posted.

No, we never figured it out. Was thinking about replacing the relay or switch related to the pto and go from there. Our machine sat outside its whole life and some water probably got into an electrical connection and caused a short.

Using cheap Chinese impellers it's going to bite you in the ass because they always fail and usually when you're out on the water at wide open throttle assuring you bake your powerhead into a rotary welded hunk of nothingness
