Great question! They vary in Epperson due to location and lot sizes. The ranges on CDD are between $1,858-$2,180 annually and HOA $237 quarterly and lagoon $136 quarterly.

If you are referencing Wesley Chapel they had minimal damage. This particular community of Esplanade had some torn pool screens but no roof damage with the barrel tile. A couple of spots in Wesley Chapel experienced flooding with ponds overflowing and several communities with shingles missing. Some of the mature neighborhoods had large trees down as well.

Hi Kelly- there are many factors that determine HOI premiums from the age of home, age of roof, flood zones etc... a bit more info would be needed to determine this.

Love your videos, but please stop with the sound effects whenever you’re highlighting an item it very it’s very distracting. I thought it was just me showed a couple other people the video because we just purchased, but they might be interested and they actually said turn off the sound and put on close caption because they also couldn’t stand. The sounds and we never even said anythingabout how distracting they were. They said the same thing.

Hi. I live in Waterset and it is a nice comunity. However, the traffic to Tampa or MacDill will take you more than an hour. It is getting crowded with all the new apartments around.

We have a large fully shelved walk-in pantry also and it's a game changer! No food other than tea/coffee/spices is stored in the kitchen and we can also store large cookware, paper goods, pet food, Tupperware etc etc.

Pricing should be very comparable however Vidas Way will offer more floor plans as they will have smaller lots in addition to the 50’ and 60’ lots in Two Rivers
