Hi! correct villas are across the street and both the Crystal Sands & Tide Water have 2 closets in Primary. One is a bifold and on is a little larger that is a walk-in ;) Neal also has these villas going up in North River Ranch as well and they are mixed in with single family homes. Hello! There are several builders like Cardel & Pulte that will build a pool during construction but for the most part it’s typically done after closing by a pool company of your choice.
