@duaneowens7777 The customer service was quite good. Always has been on BA for me. The seat was a lot better than I expected. Perfect for a 7 hour flight but I don’t know if it would be comfortable for a 10-11 hour flight. In economy you are allowed a bag that weights 23kg. We booked the fair that had bags included. If you choose not to select that fair it could cost you anywhere from $60-$75 for one checked bag

Great video! I would love to fly on one of BA's A350-1000s one day, so I really enjoyed this. You probably already know, but G-XWBS is the newest and last of the 18 A350s BA ordered, unless they activate their option for another 18, which makes it cool you flew on it.

Good video. The A380 is a great plane, and it's even better to sit on the upper deck. I agree with you about British Airways IFE. It really needs to be upgraded

Theres an option called interior drone and you can put it anywhere on the plane like in the cabin

I like the 777, I fly it at least a couple of times a year going to Brasil. Nice aircraft. I like big aircrafts. The 747 was my favorite aircraft. I'm looking forward to flying the A380 to LHR next September. Glad you had a good time. Happy travels.

As a senior citizen traveling alone and unfamiliar with the transportation system, it would be helpful to have a clear vision of the signs directing one to red and blue lines, which ticket to bye and how much. then how to transfer from the Milbrea station to another line. Thank for considering my suggestions.

This update may have been underwhelming, but we do have to consider that this came out on the 3rd day of the year or something like that, so of course that is appreciated. And also that the A380 will come next update so that’s what we are really waiting for.

It’s nice to see that they gave us an update right out the gate. They probably could have gotten away with doing all this in the A380 update but that probably would have been too big of an update
