A tale of two tapes for Duren. Offensively he was great. Showed foot work, post moves, had a great shooting percentage, and massively increased his free throw shooting. Defensively he was terrible. Average less blocks. Was always late on help side, and did a terrible job protecting the rim (Besides the 1st 2 games). He left much to desire on the defensive end.

He has to start shooting the basketball better. Particularly from deep. I know he's shown some improvement but it's still below average to the point that you can't just point to everybody else about the spacing issues. He's part of it. Defensively he is a sieve. I know defensive rating can sometimes be misleading but his defensive rating has been horrendous his entire career regardless of the lineup around him. These two things coupled with his inability to stay healthy and the fact that the team seems to take better care of the ball when he simply doesn't play are not good indicators of his future. The counting stats are there, but there are obvious flaws and and they've still seen zero success with year 3 coming to an end.

No, everyone should harrass him until he quits: he is the worst GM in the history of the sport and the team is totally fucked as a result. Nothing good can happen until he's gone.

Cant compare the two ,one guy has a better team, the other is dealing with a team that doesnt know how to build, Cade in Orlando would be better, especially when he have defensive players and guys who can shoot like the magic, reason why Paolo is doing good! Paolo is right now but it is not by a wide margin. This is mostly about situation. Paolo is in Orlando and he's signed to Brand Jordan. Best believe Nike is putting in money to look out for Paolo. Very easy question. What separates paolo from cade is that paolo can do everything cade can at 6'10 250. Size makes a big f... difference. It's what separerates Durant from other good shooters,he's 6'11.

Switch paolo and Cade and the pistons have at least 15 wins by now, magic probably down to 25 wins. Cade is very good but right now his states are empty. Paolo is top ten in the league in getting double teamed. And putting the same number as Cade. Franz is a great number two but having paolo allows franz to be better. Paolo also does well considering his team is the worst shooting team in the NBA. So he has no spacing. Paolo would probably be at 25 9 7 on the pistons pre and post trade. 4.leadership-paolo literally was the leader the minute he put the magic jersey together on. As told by coaches and teammates.
