Yeah, what’s not great is referring to them as foreign on their own island, they Are Cymric or Britons! Welsh is Saxon Germanic English for Romanised Foreigner.

1.The People of Wales are there British 2. blackthorn was English, so converted Anglos to Brits 3. Elvish (Sindarin) is heavily based on Cymraeg (British)

I know it's been a month and this is the "Monke" Chad who streams with a Demonic Rat but... seeing him on that monitor and speaking welsh after the hosts talk about him and his feats and I'm just "Who is this man?". It's a bit weird but he radiates a different aura when he's in "Welsh" mode (imo). Went from having a heavy british accent, to subtle British accent, to a nearly american accent with his english and here being Welsh is crazy to me that his voice ranged so much over the years

I’m so jealous of Welsh people. All those for the majority of them English is their first language, they speak Welsh really well. Connor was able to easily do an interview in the language. I’m from Scotland but I can’t speak any Scots or Gaelic. I probably know like 5 words in Scots. Wish the movement to preserve the native language was as strong in Scotland as it is in Wales.

You know, i saw a travel vid (I think it was Xiaoma?) About speaking welsh in Cardiff. That video was a little depressing, but I'm glad the language is big enough to have TV stations.
