Ok - I think perfumers and organic chemistry experts and researchers into aroma-chemicals molecules would disagree with the assertion that smells are just perception and that there is no objective definition of a smell. Definitely the vocabulary of talking about how something smells is different and subjective and sparse … but the actual smell is based on the molecules

Exceptional. I now understand why Michael Edwards is revered. This will always be a reference when I discuss perfume. What a charismatic, interesting and enlightening lecture. Loved it!
