I am no expert but it seems to be the idea of heating is very flawed. Because if you look at a room, it contains furniture and belongings and clothes. All those items are treatable or sealable. Rooms can be treated and then The room emptied and any cracks or hiding places within the walls can be sealed up. If you have a large infestation needing heat and you don't seal up the cracks along a skirting board and any access to the inner walls and you pretty much wasting your time with heat anyway.

Heat penetrates through cracks. Also you’re supposed to move all furniture away from the walls.

I wouldn't recommend a buddy heater for indoor use That's a potential for carbon monoxide You might end up killing more that bed bugs

You will not be in the treatment area while it's being treated so carbon monoxide poison is not going to be an issue.
