Cool I started running when I was 8years and hated it. Now I am 18 and run like every 1-2 days and I love it. - 1km in 10mins 👍 - always good to start slow & increase your intensity slow. My running training: I always do long runs in slow pace to train my endurance & short runs in a really fast pace to train my maximum - in these I also look in which pulse zone I run, to adjust my speed and intensity. Also I can review my progress. + I do basic runs where I run my normal pace like 4min per km. Btw: I am not a pro runner 🏃♂️or sth like that and also not a triathlete or marathon runner. Also I don’t know if my program is good or not. I just run for my health and to get better stamina and endurance💪. Also it trains your mind if u push yourselfe ✌️

I just broke up with a Mexican guy that was born in the U.S.... found out he had women back in mexico he was talking to on Whatsapp and he was super focused on being an alpha. he always got me gifts and he was going to marry me. I guess it put a bad taste in my mouth.. i left him fast. He pulled my hair and slapped me. He made me believe everything and he had even wanted to give me a ring. Now he is putting everywhere he is living his alpha life. I thought it was so strange. I was going to go to Mexico and loved the culture but now I want to steer away from the males. Anybody else have this experience?
