No the only thing you can do is add a big disclaimer at the top in red no refund for in correct spelling of name. Also I'm not sure if that comes blank or not or if it naturally says Mike. If a guy's naturally say Mike I would change that to name.

Why force the word “Coach” into it? I’m not saying you’re wrong but what if I want it to say “Captain” or something else? Maybe make a portion where the customer checkmarks what prefix they want/if they want a prefix or show in a buyer screen a preview of what they are receiving.

Thanks for the feedback! I have a tag that just says a players name only so this was marketed as a coach gift. I have since changed it to make it so "coach" is optional or they can input their own phrase

Customer is 100% wrong. Hard choice to make if you hold them accountable, they will talk sh*t you if you do. Maybe there is a compromise?

I wish you the best Personally,as a consumer, I would accept my mistake. As a owner I would expect you to stand up for your business Just my opinion.. charity only goes so far

Customer wrong but this is typical of consumer sales. Just gotta make it right with them and protect yourself as best you can plus detach your feelings too a little lol hope this doesn’t come across too critical cuz i feel ya. Oh and remember the nice feedback!

You could put a text that says: "We are not responsible for customer's mistakes or not reading the instructions." Or you could add a checkbox similar to: "I have read the terms and conditions...". In the end, customer's mistakes are not your responsibility...

I suppose that they can receive store credit for the value of their used bag plus the value of the profit on the first transaction. This way, you’ll always have the profit and be square.

It’s all manual, I design everything myself. It’s a physical product I create. The tag didn’t say coach twice, only once

You are very welcome! Our electricity can get shut off in the summer due to high winds to prevent fires. Then with winter storms the power gets knocked out due to power line damage so we need a great generator and easy to use system!

Hi Daisy, I've had this kitchen for two years now. To make the sink more functional I went to HomeDepot and purchased a 1 1/2" sink stopper to replace the hose (which is a pain). Then I placed a 5 gal bucket under the bottom to catch the water. You fill the sink 2/3 with cold water first (so the plastic doesn't melt) then boil water to get the temperature you want to wash your dishes. Voila, instant outdoors sink. Works like a charm, I hope this helps.😊
