It says on the harness 32-34in waist. I'm a 34 and fit comfortably in a medium I think if you 32 you should likely go small. And 36 could probably still fit into a medium.

Hey Michael, The Ultra and Lithium are very different kites. Other then the obvious difference of the Ultra having 1 strut and the Lithium having 3; the Ultra has a higher aspect and sits further forward in the wind window which makes it more of an active kite versus the lithium that sits further back in the wind window and pulls consistently and steady. If you like a kite that is super stable with consistent power delivery I would go for the Lithium. The Ultra is best for someone that wants to move the kite more when riding, which because of the lightweight construction is effortless but it needs to moved to give the kite a great range in lighter conditions. A lot depends on what size kite you are looking at, your weight, your riding style (freeride, waves, foil) and how powered you like to ride.
