fantastic guess on that quebec round in game 1! that sign isn't readable, however the context of the quebec bollards (the ones with the coloured bits at the top) as well as the structure of the bottom word on the sign would lead me to interpret it as "Val D'or" you got there in the end so you're simply the goat anyways but hopefully that helps in the future!
