I am a Chef too, for over 20 years, and I’m from México City, please do not undermine Mexican food by saying that “Mexican food uses black cheap olives in their food” We do NOT ever add olives to our dishes, that “nacho style” with black cheap olives is not Mexican food at all. Sorry, that’s some white European American made up attempt of “Mexican food”. Mexican food is one of the most important and actually full of tradition and folklore in the world and any REAL CHEF of international cuisine knows that. Please don’t spread whitewashed propaganda.

@@AwareHouseChef I appreciate your reply, and I live in the US too. And every time that I happen to go to a restaurant that has “Mexican food” is beyond annoying to find that abhorrence of “nachos” or “tostadas” like why? Anyway; I think that is important to be careful with food references, and even more when we are Chefs that have knowledge of real food. Honestly shredded cheddar cheese and cheap black olives shouldn’t be allowed in Mexican dishes ever, it ruins everything.

Hey, sorry about that. That’s strange. Let me just give it to you here. 1 pound of bluefish fillet with the dark meat removed Half a Spanish onion seasoned with a little bit of salt, oregano, and a tiny dash of lemon A quarter of a red pepper One egg About a cup of honey, braided pretzels, turned into breadcrumbs Purée the bluefish in Cuisinart Purée the peppers onions separately Mix it into the bluefish with egg parsley, and one clove of crushed garlic Add enough breadcrumbs to bind everything together when you mix it in a bowl Coat the outside with some breadcrumbs No, I haven’t seen this video in a while and I’m going by memory. But that’s the gist.

That is a major American customer's misconception about what Manuka honey is and who needs it. Big business sharks that supply Costco ( $10M contract minimum) or cheaper Trader Joe' import Grocery grade Manuka honey, not medicinal grade. Same time American customers on a subconscious level believe in Manuka honey as natural medicine remedy : gastric problems, acid reflux, polyps, helicobacter Pylori bacteria to kill, ulcer. Mentally stable people would never spend $70 per a jar of honey to use as a sweetener with tea or their coffee. Manuka honey mixed with a water becomes a simple disaccharide ( white sugar you can buy for $3.79 bag of 4 lbs) Some prefer to live into illusions about special flavor or aroma coming from Manuka honey. I'm a brand name owner of Manuka honey and I do present at New Zealand located packing facility every time my batch is packing into jars. I'm familiar with the process. People !!!!!! You should understand medicinal grade Manuka honey you an buy at independent pharmacies as OTC products category, maybe online if you know the brand owner. Everything else is a blended honey from New Zealand. There are 17 floras blooming in December-January and local bees collect nectar from. be alarmed, be cautious, be informed, be smart. Oxalic Acid is what we beekeepers use to control Verroa mites on honeybees. It’s dangerous to breath when we vaporize it with heat to put into the hives. It can also be lightly heated and mixed with glycogen and soaked into Swedish sponges and those laid across the frames for the bees to walk over.

sorry man but Costco wont be sponsoring you or anyone else. thats not how their business model works. They don't even make a profit selling anything. Everything in the warehouse sells for a marginal rate over cost, about 10%. Normal retail is much higher than that. Costco make all their money from membership dues. This is the right model to give them the right incentives to always serve the best interest of their loyal members. they have the highest customer loyalty numbers in the game by far. I've been a member since I turned 18 and I will be until the day I die. That's how costco rolls. One of the only decent companies left in the US.

Even the boutique raw milk farm uses some grain to get their ladies into the milking room, but when they're not milking they're out grazing on grass the rest of the day. Hopefully they're not giving them so much they feel full and don't graze but it's good to know they are being honest. Cute prayer.

I purchased the Thermomix TM6 in April 2021, and by June 2024, I encountered a significant issue: the bottom of the blade (the green part) had completely burnt out. Despite the problem, there was no available replacement part, and I had to buy a new set of blades with an additional $15 for shipping. This defect caused liquids to leak every time I used the appliance. In contrast, I had the TM31 for over a decade, and it remained in perfect condition when I replaced it. The quality of the TM6 appears to have degraded significantly, which is unacceptable for a $1400 product. Additionally, when I received the replacement blades, I took the opportunity to leave a review, including photographic evidence of the issue. To my surprise, my review did not appear on the website. After reaching out to the company, I was informed that a marketing team selects which reviews are displayed. It seems the review system is manipulated to only showcase positive feedback, which undermines the credibility of their customer reviews.

Currently we use self grinding Breville and after experiencing a lot of issue with it (grinding stopped working after several months), coffee overall tasting bland ( we do use RO water), which I learned now is not the best option :) thank you! I feel that we should get great results from ZWILLING machine as we are not super picky on the coffee grains but still need to resolve water issue as unfiltered water is not an option in our area!
