I will buy the flat for $10. But the decor isn’t my style so you have to renovate it to my exact taste and specifications, at your expense, of course. Chop Chop, Lady!

Sad that you are always referred to as the ex. Only claim to fame is that you were dumped and your ex upgraded to an English Princess. How lovely did Princess Beatrice and Edo look on their wedding day with the late Monarch. Funny how you never managed to move on. You are pathetic and Beatrice is more of a mother to your little Woolf boy

Bug eyed? Have you looked at Dara’s eyes lol. She got her business due to Edo and Banda. Good thing Edo left this train wreck. 41 and now having to use her son and his distant connection the royals for fame. God bless The royals Beatrice -Edo-Sienna! How the Queen loved them. Sad this person sold photos of her own to radar online

Hi Dara This is such a fantastic refurb thanks for sharing I wanted to ask if the wall that separated the living room and kitchen is a structural wall and how easy this was to remove if so? Given that it’s in a flat not a ground floor house? Thank you

My table is round. Cleverly adorned with 4 Smurfs, an IKEA tea candle, spinning pen holder with a Harry Potter Gryffindor feather pen for height and 4 remotes (unsure what 2 of them operate). Some might say I've given up, I say I've slayed texture. But, maybe a round table video would be fun!

You're so sweet. Thank you for your comment, hmm some topics on behind the scenes and insight of the career... well I can tell you it's not all glamourous, my team is still whatsapping me right now and it's 11pm, there are (luckily) more ups than downs, because it is actually a really fun job that we all enjoy. It's also meddling in a high risk profession- architecture if not done properly can kill people so you have to be super careful and it's quite technical at the same time. I think maybe if I JUST did interior FFE, my life wld be easier and less risky, but then we wouldn't get that finished product we're looking for where we have a beautiful space and shell really carved out just for us. That's what makes what we do so special in the end, it's like sculptural interiors.

Nice one Dara 👏 , and 200% agree about the key of success is about solid relationships. You have to be able to establish a climate of mutual trust, and above all the more you know your clients the more you are able to understand their expectations. In my opinion, it is better to have a small network, where the trend is similar to yours. Fabien.

Hi Dara, just a curiosity, did it take 3 month including the construction works? Thank you and It is not just inspiring what you do but even so lovely you are giving back all this precious advices.
@DHLiberty3 жыл бұрын
Hi Alida, I would say you need 4 months at the VERY least and the furniture I think we bought off the floors so no lead times. Lucky we had no issues with planning and the process of getting the building approval went quickly. This was a quick flip though, normally an interior FFE job with some feature walls would take 4 months, but like a full refurb would take 6 months to over a year+. If it's new build it would be atleast 1.5 yrs or more.
