I honestly agree, when you have the mindset that you have to put all your time into the grind and everything else is a distraction, you will inevitably get burnt out and start doing other stuff you have fun doing. And when this happens, you're going to dread going back into that constant grind and become inconsistent.

I use the built in apple screen time (dont hvae to pay 100$) and I set 15 min daily limits on all socials and set a password that you purposefully forget. cant bypass it without resetting your phone lol. Zuck aint harvesting my brain.

depends on how much you get paid per 1k views. Longer videos and different niches offer different outcomes but if your KZbin CPM says you make say $2 per 1k views you'll need at least 100k views to make $1000, 200k for $2000, etc.

the agenda that you need to cut out all enjoyment is bad. But self improvement is not a scam, the name itself cant be as you're just improving yourself lol. Stuff like cold showers and 4am pushups dont help but the real self improvement is stuff like meditation which made me so much happier and building muscle which helped my mental health. Business stuff is not those youtubers speciality though which is why I watch you. But self improvement is great when applied right.

yup! monk mode is stupid. what is the point of working only not to enjoy the life you earned. although i prefer going to the gym, bouldering or doing martial arts instead of playing video games. why level up in a virtual world when you can level up in real life.
