This song has incredible meaning for me. I can't put into words how beautiful this version of it that you have put together is. My husband and I are planning to have a vow renewal for our 15 year anniversary (we eloped as crazy barely legals at the courthouse) and we have always wanted to use this as our wedding song. Thanks to you, we finally have a version of this song that fits the occasion. For others planning to do this as well, if you slow the speed of this song down to either 90% or 95% it is perfect. Really moved me.

I cannot express how awesome you doing and uploading this, OP. I have loved this song since it first came out when i was a teen (it actually got me into incubus). I got my SO into Incubus and now they're one of his favorite bands. This is the song i want played at our wedding and as much as we love the OG, i figured an acoustic verison would help guests hear the lyrics. I recently lost my sister. She was bedridden and totally incapacitated for many months. I can visualize her just laying there as I listen to the beautiful song. She had been a very kind person who unfortunately suffered from strokes and dementia. In the end, my sister was a totally different person; very confused and angry, however, I did what I had to do to assist. A friend of mine told me that it was my turn to carry the cross, as there no one else to care for her. It was a difficult and strssful period. This song reminds me of being there as she slowly slipped away, and remembering the good and difficult times.
