LOL 😂 Amazon Budget Optic…… $39.99 (not the actual price) I don’t remember what I paid. Rare for me to pay over $50. NVG or Infared not in my “Airgun Budget” unfortunately…….. 😂 I have seen some of our fellow Airgunner 🤠🤠 Hook up an Airgun with Optics that cost way more than some of the guns purchase price….. I’m not talking about competitive Shooting…. That’s a way different subject all together…. I Love watching Airgun Competitions Higher priced guns and optics. I fit in the Backyard Plinking category…… 🔫 even though some of my Airguns might be dressed up to appear like I’m running Opp’s ….. LOL Hipp Shot might carry a load of something …… I don’t think it will be a full metal jacket of anything ….LOL Thank You for your Comment @AB Collecting Airguns ❤️ 🔫 is Fun!!! Plink On 🔫

Just subcribed! How is this rifle doing in .177/ 3000 psi version? Have you tried it at 50m or so?
@airgunsraider1007
@airgunsraider1007 Күн бұрын
@LowkeyAirgunner Thank You for the question, I appreciate it! Let me hit the second part of your question first. My evaluation on the full functionality of my air rifles would not be fair to the viewers of my channel when it comes to distance shooting. The reason primarily is based on range accessibility. I would love to be able to get out and shoot distances with a bunch of my airguns. Especially all my rifles that make up about 15% of my collection to date. I have only shown maybe 3-4 rifles out of maybe 12 half of which are still in boxes waiting for me to go videos on. 50 meter or more shooting would be awesome for me. I live in a city and would have to travel to do so. The nearest gun range with land enough to shoot is about 50miles away unfortunately. My in home range is only 10 meters which is just enough for target practice and testing. That the reason why I don’t purchase a great deal of them … I’ve got over 95 Airguns in varieties in my collection so far, mostly pistols. Forgive me for the long route to the answer. I enjoy sharing in Airgun comments. Most of my rifles (like this one) feel like the real deal. Now for the rifle …….. that rifle for a pcp budget rifle I like and is good! A bit heavy but it build quality is pretty good. It was one of my first pcp rifles and it lead to me buying a few more expensive ones . I really need to do more rifle videos. The .177 question….. now that one depends on what your needs are. The .177 for me works, because shooting targets @ 10m is preferred. After buying this one, I turned to .22 air rifles and I quickly had to build back stops to allow me to shoot the guns. Ohhh but the higher powered guns are Fun Fun Fun! .22 are about where I should stop because of my limited shooting space…. LOL But that kind of power would not let me….. So I purchased a couple of .25 that I have yet to shoot and are still waiting for an unboxing video yet to come. I’m going to need to buy a larger steel gong. I will go 30cal ….with a new gong… but 50cal will be out of the question! I like a few of the newer budget friendly PCP’s they have introduced since buying the Beeman. The only issue I have with that gun is that the bolt feels less than quality in the build of the gun. It kept sticking on the draw back and the forward motion when setting the pellet in magazine was not smooth enough. It has enough power to possibly take small game. I believe….. I don’t hunt, but I’ve tested the gun on old computer towers and such. It will penetrate some metals. Sorry about the book…….. Airgun collecting is really a fun hobby for me. Plink On 🔫

Typically you wouldn’t want to bridge your optic between the receiver and the hand guard however I’m not sure it matters for a BB gun
@airgunsraider1007
@airgunsraider1007 7 күн бұрын
@gabrialruell9258 I am certain that you are correct! Even with BB guns! I had to pull that rifle out of storage to make sure of the reason. It’s been a year or so that I have shot or seen this rifle. I’ve only shot it once since I collected it. Retrieving it … I found that it was still set up in that configuration. It has the same optic plus an rmr on the right side of the gun setup for side shooting. The one we see between the receiver and the hand guard is also a red/green red dot compact sight. The reason it is set like that is based on my short arms and the crane stock being short and hefty ( something that I really like). It is also adjustable which would allow me to reposition it to its proper position. With the stock closed and the optic positioned where it is, it feels like some of the CQB (short ) rifles that I have in my collection. The barrel is a bit longer than those. But it feels almost the same for me. I definitely understand what your saying if using firearms…… I could see your point 4 sure! It’s almost like holding a BB revolver like you hold a blow back Airgun or real pistol …. If you hold a real revolver like that, you would have big problems! Thank You for your comment! Insightful knowledge is very helpful for those of us who do not own or shoot real guns. Something I will remember if I ever choose to train and collect real guns. Maybe someday… Currently I do not own any real guns at this time. However, I’ve subscribed to many Airgun hobbyist KZbin channels (in the past 5 -6 years of collecting Airguns). It seems to be the next step for those who collect these types of guns! Plink On! 🔫

@Y1001 Unfortunately that is case with some of these projects. Your thoughts are spot on!! This is one of the things I hear about the most. The only solution would be to buy a different model that you can do that with. The M&P 40 was the one that you could that with …… It’s no longer readily available, There are probably a few on EBay or other places to be found. The closest thing to it …. Now…. Would be the T4E versions… I hope that helps! Thank You for your Comment!

Also…. The Airsoft version of the M&P9 2.0 Probably takes down… I’m not sure! Other than that…… I realize that some of my viewers ( probably you as well) own more than one Airgun pistol ….. some you may own can be taken down ….. If not I suggest other models … the Glock 17 gen4 is a good example for doing that with along with a few others. I look forward to seeing you again.

650 fps is weak. Let's get up to the 1200 fps range, .22 one pump, with repeating magazine. Nuff said. 🎯🩸
@airgunsraider1007
@airgunsraider1007 Ай бұрын
@SW Thank You for your Comment! Im not sure that I could hit those numbers using my .22 strike point without going over the standard recommended manufacturers number of pumps. Not sure if it’s possible with this model of Airgun, and I would be hard pressed to pushed to pump my gun to that level of stress. Plus , I do not want to break any of my guns! I’m not sure what you’re using…. So I don’t want to say that it can’t be done with one pump. It would be nice to know the make and model of that gun. Also, please share any other makes or models that you and or any of my subscribers might know of. It should make for good conversation . I know that there are Airguns out there that are capable of higher numbers, my guess based on your statement that one exists. I do own several Airguns that are capable of these numbers. None of my current pistols can produce those numbers. I have a break barrel pistol that may produce about half that number. Im also aware that some Airgunners like to tweak their airguns to reach higher fps numbers. So maybe one exists…. To reach those numbers, I would have to turn to some of my air rifles. The highest rated pump gun I have projects a possible 800 fps rating. I haven’t chrono tested it to verify those numbers. I do have some break barrel riffles and PCP rifles that say they are capable of those numbers. Interesting topic of discussion…… I appreciate you for sharing your thoughts… Please feel free to continue to share your results and comments Thank You 🔫

If it was sold by Isaazon, it's a Chinese product made by Shanghai Industries; formerly Industry Brand, the oldest and largest manufacturer of air guns in China. Many different brands are applied to these guns, depending on who is importing them or what company is importing them. I am thinking of purchasing either a p226 or a p229, but cannot find any place the big difference. Can you shed some light on this and which you feel is better? - thank you.

@Nyra I do not own the p229 only the p226. If you google the p229 bb pistol, you can find it available at the Sig Sauer website (current price $119.00 U.S.) …. Not that bad of a price providing that it is your preference.. there are no spec details on the website … It’s hard to tell if it’s .177 or 6mm Airsoft . Maybe you can contact the supplier for more details. Most of the stuff shows it as being Airsoft . I do own the p229 springer (Airsoft ) version. In comparison to that and my p226 the p229 is shorter and the grips are wider. Based on the picture on google, it looks like it might have a full magazine instead of the stick type p226. The p226 is a pellet gun. The p229 looks to be a BB gun. The Airsoft version gas type ( abundantly available it seems) has a full metal magazine….. based on what I can see. Other than that the Markings are different. Based on my understanding the real steel version of the p226 was produced to be used as a military side arm for the U.S. Navy (that’s why the anchor logo is on the gun) The p229 has no markings. Which may indicate that it was a model that either existed before the p226. I’m only speculating …. More research might be needed . The way I collect Airguns sometimes is based on personal preference. I love a nice looking replica….. I also prefer the pellet over the BB versions as target shooters…. But for realistic functionality, the BB gun types usually are fully functioning replicas with close to the real steel fire arm. Most pellet gun replicas mechanisms do not allow for all the bells and whistles that the BB versions come with. I hope that helps……

What? No comments yet? People see only cheap pistol,I see Art and it’s functional. I was playing with it last night shot almost full magazine,no jams not too accurate but to 5 meters or 16 feet smack that soda can like there’s no tomorrow.Good job fella.

I have a Beretta with the co2 compartment stripped like that is it another way to get it open or buy another mag?!

@BigLegend007 Thank you for your comment I’m not sure of the situation… I am assuming that you’re speaking of the Hex key stripping out from the co2 screw at the bottom… I have the Beretta 92A1 … I haven’t had that problem as of yet, but I did purchase a spare magazine at the time. One good thing about that mag is that all your seals are in the magazine… meaning that in a lot of the co2 guns that don’t have full drop out magazines the seals are in the gun. That means you have to take it apart and fix it. As far as a stripped screw, or hex opening …. I would purchase the magazine …. It will allow you to use the gun again without the headache Good Luck!
