The room is small and you want to put in a walk in wardrobe, the walking space will be so SLIM. This kind of room is only suitable for very big bedroom

With the final design, wouldn't the "bedside table" still present the same problem mentioned at the beginning?

i like the final but should be a shower bath. my house has a crawl space under the flooring so the first step is unless. but the water proofing i like.

Why would you want cabinets on top of the sofa? It makes the room feel like a bedroom without a bed. The sofa could easily be replaced by a sink and and a stove and become a kitchen extension. Id go with some art or shelves instead of that cabinet.

People should choose what they like and stop following design trends . It makes me laugh when people find all sorts of excuses why the old style is not good and the new style is the best thing since slice bread . That's until the next new trend comes along

When pulled out it aligns with the wardrobe but there will be gap on the right between the pulled out side edge and the make up table, that you concealed in your final render, which shows a straight edge all the way when there should be a gap. 😂 Don’t pull these tricks bro… they just lower your credibility.

Very nice work! I have a difficult living room that is rectangular like this one, but instead of where you have a balcony, I just have two windows. To the left is our front door to the outside (about where you have the corner shelf unit at the end of the "sofa" seating area). To the right corner, there's a ceramic tiled area where a corn burner used to be. Where your TV is, so is ours, but we have two windows behind it as well. Opposite of your balcony wall... your POV "camera" wall... we have an almost centrally located arched opening with two narrow walls on either side. Being so long, it's quite challenging! I would like to put a sofa and chairs away from the walls and make a grouping area like the designers say to do, but it's almost too narrow to do that, it seems. 😥 I think my sofa is too large and one of our chairs is too bulky and takes up too much space. A lot of people don't take into consideration that they need to get furniture that is appropriately sized for the space. I didn't learn that until way after I bought mine, oops! 😅 I would love to see more designs for long rectangular living rooms! 👍🏻 😀
