I looked for this. It's a funny thing but even though & probably because it's such a flat landscape approaching the border & the Gretna area this has become one of the highlights of the drive up the M6 for me. There are many gorgeous vistas where you can see uninterruptedly for miles. This is one area where to my surprise I don't miss the mountains & hills. I'm longing to see Scotland again, hopefully next May, especially after all plans have been scuppered by Covid 19.

And don't forget the guys who did the back breaking work on school holidays too. Did it when I was real young until I left school. That's hard work that makes you proud of that 70's generation.

My fiancee and I are getting married on Oct 7th and are having a Buddhist blessing by Lama Sonam from Jokhang Temple. What is the name of the item the gentleman in the video handed to the monk at the beginning? We were told to purchase one for the ceremony.

what the hell are they wearing, those aren;t tibetan wedding clothes. and aren't they like 50? not to mention this not authentic.
@albertortega71606 жыл бұрын
Sonam Karma who are you to say what is authentic. You need to study shunyata. It's is the blessing, the prayers and the Saṅgha what makes weddings special.

Marvellous, thanks for posting, how did they end up there? Just the sort of thing I'd like to have put on in my local when I was promoting live gigs. I've looked for more info - to your credit, this clip turns up everywhere but little else. There's a solo Koto player and a jazz big band that use the same name worth a listen.
