When I was younger this was my proof that E was still alive… fast forward 30+ years I think this is nothing more than Elvis explaining how in Germany (around ‘58) he may have been able to slip away and go undercover and test the waters out in public. The tone in his voice and accent is extremely close to post army phone call interviews of that time. I think this call has been blown way out of proportion, exaggerated and taken out of context. At the time everyone knew where Elvis was in Bad Nauheim so it makes perfect sense that the waitress would say that she had no idea how he did it and how happy she was that he did! Also, the tone, feel and speed of Elvis’s speech during this call resembles other calls after his mother passed, simply put he sounds the same; sad, grieving and down. One last thing it also reminds me of the time Elvis was frustrated and left Graceland and made it to the White House… he slipped away then there’s no reason why he probably did the same thing during his army stint in Germany. TCE forever⚡️

Our minds can make us believe anything. Elvis was so sick at the end, no way would he even pretend his death.

Ronnie isn't known for dawning a jumpsuit. This is a rarity.

Surely they could have done a DNA test on him when he was alive to see if he was Elvis's kin.

Priscilla, su padrastro militar y el Coronel Parker manejaron a Elvis como quisieron. Una vez que lo casaron con ella se vino abajo. Sólo estuvo enamorado de Anne Magret y la dejó.

This was 1979/'80 -- when Brewer-Giorgio was still on good terms with Sun Records and Orion. Basically, they used her book and character to create and promote the "Orion" persona. They even quoted directly from her book on the back of the LP -- but never paid her. For anything. I think that was a motivating factor of why Gail Brewer Giorgio went all-in with the "Is Elvis Alive?" campaign in 1988.

The reporter in the voice-over says that Orion didn't perform Elvis' songs ... as Orion is literally singing one of Elvis' biggest hits.

There were a number of books mentioning Ginger and Elvis being engaged. Elvis friends were jealous of the attention Ginger got from Elvis.

A couple of days before August 16, 1977 Elvis had conversations with a number of friends. He talked about his future plans. One of his friends was Lucy Debarbin who later wrote a book which was later published about 1986. One of the things he said is he was going to go to lucy and be together with her. In Lucys book she said Elvis said to her he didnt think Ginger loved him or was too young. According to Lucys book he told Lucy he would go to be with Lucy, pay Ginger off, leave her and she would be happy with that money. I'm not against Ginger and there was a point to him being with Ginger and there was a bond between them. However the bond between Lucy and Elvis was much stronger. This relationship was conducted in secret although certain people knew her name such as Charlie Hodge. Elvis' pet name for Lucy was Desiree. Charlie Hodges book mentions Desirees name. I think Elvis knew his plans and that he was leaving. I think if Elvis had stayed in his superstar role "according to that role" he was planning to marry Ginger. However he had possibly secret alternative plans. Everyone can think what they like. I think the author Gail Brewer Giorgio who studied pages and pages of FBI file pages on Elvis' life knew some things. In light of that I don't think anything bad at all about Ginger. I think she was sincere but she was also a young person. She said in her writings and in interviews it took her a long time to get over Elvis. Losing Elvis really affected her. She probably didn't know his plans.

Well what i understand is there were people that helped Elvis, may have been on his payroll also the government that helped him. If he wanted to come back the government wouldnt allow him to come back. After reading books and looking at info on the internet there were both good and bad people in government. You can talk about the mafia as something he was fighting. The mafia is not everything. There was the military industrial complex, operation paperclip. The scientists that came out of germany after WW2 that infiltrated the US government that developed the space program. There is a part of the government that actually doesn't allow evil to win. There are the forces at work that overcome darkness. Elvis was always on the side of the good!
