I wonder if I am the only person who gasps at the audacity of the engineering of those shock mounts. The centerline of the load is cantilevered a good 2.5 inches from the frame member. And yet it holds. Yah I know, the engineer did the math and calculated the loading and then added a 50% safety factor (or more). And it holds. But it doesn't look like it should.

Hi Sir,in this case the problem wasn't the flex plate,the turbine was running only with 2 bolts,so with installed the 2 more bolts, after that the noise and vibration went away.

That yellow plug is from when they first install the tranny. They just push it into the pan. If you see the plug, that most likely means you are the first one into it.
