I cut the straps as shown on the pattern and wasted the leather. You don't show in the pattern that there should be two pieces for the strap that goes all along the body. In the pattern, you show four pieces. In the video, you glue them together. If I do it with the pieces in the pattern, I will get only 2 pieces half the needed length. Just waste of leather, and time punching the holes. If you sell the pattern, you do it correctly. I am not happy about it whatsoever. Will not buy any pattern from you again. Also, pieces #10 for handle you should place on a separate page as one piece without the need to cut and patch the small pieces together.

So, how long are the straps? what weight leather did you use? ive purchases the pattern, but there is zero info on this stuff.

Sorry. I will fix this. But they are in the pattern. Natural size. Because they have holes. Leather thickness for handles 3-4 mm/9-10 oz . Sorry for not showing this in the pattern. Thank you for your purchase.
