I tested my Endura press with an infrared thermometer and the top measures at the temperature it's set at, but the bottom does not.

Mine is really messed up. When it cuts its making the vinyl twist and deviate. I'll put a rectangle piece in the machine perfectly straight and square then when I click the send button to cut it starts walking and deviating and after a few seconds that rectangle is now tweaked into the 3 o'clock position

I just got the EnduraPress SD20, adjusted the pressure for the first time today. Adjusted too far, lost the threading on the adjuster knob. It won't "grab" the thread to make the pressure higher. Any ideas for me?

What setting do I set for cutting glitter?

Make sure the film is loaded in the cutter shiny side down. If it's not loaded properly, you won't be able to cut it. A good rule of thumb for most glitter HTV is to use a 60° blade. Score the film with the blade and blade-holder in your hand to make sure you have just enough of the blade showing to cut through the liner. Draw a box manually and see if you can weed it. If you can't, expose more of the blade tip. There should only be enough of the blade tip exposed to cut through the film. Once the blade is properly inserted in the blade-holder, insert the blade-holder in the tool carriage and start at 180 grams of force. Perform a test cut and adjust accordingly. Please let us know if you have more questions!

Yes you can, BUT... 1) the tool configuration has to be moved on the cutter. The blade has to be moved in the tool carriage from the front to back, and the force setting has to be changed so that blade will cut all the way through the release liner. 2) This feature was not available on the original Q Series cutters, so the Q75 doesn't have this capability.
