i feel like, the trick is really learning how to handle the problems life throws at you. it’s like a game. once you learn your combos on the boss battles or your niche for whatever game, you feel more comfortable or at ease when dealing with the coming issues. it’s not necessarily things gonna get better but sometimes finding a different approach to our problems helps to ease that struggle of what we’re dealing with, hence “things will get better” it’s definitely a poor choice of words, i agree but that’s how i see it. This is so much easier said than done but i’ve learned changing my approach has helped me a lot. there’s no false sense of hope but confidence in believing… knowing things are gonna be okay. as tough as shit may be, it’s gonna be okay because in the moment your figuring shit out. now when it comes to being drained from constantly figuring shit out, say fuck it and spoil yourself. ong, you gotta spoil yourself in way. it’ll save you😭 this probably bad advice but buy a bunch of shit that makes you happy or binge eat or escape binge watching something or sit at the beach. that’s my thought process though. it took me forever to get there. there will be moments of slipping up and just breaking down but it’s normal. we human, and unfortunately have to feel some of the worst emotions throughout. keep yalls head up though. life definitely will keep throwing curve balls but you gotta grab that how by the neck and shake em sometimes because chill tf out!!!

You was speaking fr bro, mental health is a real problem in our community especially the dudes that try and do right and sometimes talking to a therapist just makes things more shallow because like you said you don't even know them and you realize even if they do care they are just doing a job. But my advice to for y'all would just be go where you are appreciated and loved so if you have friends that always stress for you u open up to them at least try you may actually unlock something new about them or even yourself and vice versa. I pray we all find peace man 🖤
