Damn it looked fantastic on Unleashed, incredible on Frontiers and on Generations X? It looks breathtaking, the changes are small but you can see they kept improving the HE2 since Forces so much, i'm so happy how far Sonic Team has gone with Sonic these past years and it shows on the quality of the games

I know it's a lot of trouble, but it could be fun if you could merge the Wii gaia temples with these just to see what happens

So that's what they did, they tweaked the tubular physics so he could react to the terrain, that's a really great way yo reuse these physics

This would be perfect to talk with some characters and has a logical place to customized the avatar And the select levels could be on the board of the resistance like tails tablet on sonic unleashed

I actually always wanted a hub world for forces since before it came out. So seeing this is… surreal

Interesting. I think it would be pretty cool to see a mod of this put over the collection room if possible

The 2 things I like about the Resistance bunker is that 1. I like how it adds to the general worldbuilding of the series, I like the fact that there is an underground bunker that the characters used as a base for a while, during the time Eggman took over the whole world 2. How it personally looks, I like the feeling of it, the exposed tubes, the crates and bags thrown around, the stained walls, the concrete blocks and metal beams piles, broken pillars, cracked floor, it looks cool Forces may not have the best story it possible could've had potentially, but I personally like the feeling of "war" the game gives, I like the locations such as the City levels, even the burned stages of Luminous Forest, I like the characters comunicating through radio during gameplay, especially since they do things such as communications beetween 2 groups, like the Resistance with backup from armies of animal soldiers, or plan different strategies and approaches against Eggman's forces, I personally think that's cool, and the way the Resistance base looks also falls under that, it's pretty cool looking I really do agree with the comments about this could've acted as a hub for Forces, with the characters we know which were part of the Resistance around the bunker, in the corners, some of them alone, some of them in small groups interacting, with you being able to talk to them for side missions or even small dialogues that adds into the story and their personalities, what would be their next moves, their hopes for winning the war, or just random dialogues to add to them, like talking with the characters in White Space in both Sonic and Shadow Generations, and then you could've interacted with the PC on the room to open that world map to select the stage to play, that would've been cool at least

I actually thought the Collection room in Shadow Gens was the Base from Forces when we first saw it.

Imagine if you could interact using your OC with NPCs in this Resistance base and that this was the main hub world for Sonic Forces. It would be already a better game!

It would have been so cool to have that as a hub room in forces and have another avatar and talk to the characters about the current plot and use the computer to customize and the door to go to the missions instead of just a word map. It would also have made the avatar appear more in the game even if it's only there, because many times I did a mission with Sonic and they gave me clothes and another one with classic Sonic and they gave me more clothes and I almost never looked at the Avatar with the clothes they gave me

I love the neon lights being replaced by stone ruins, it makes the whole stage feel more alive and reminds me of Sonic Adventure.

Sonic Forces still had the cylinder physics in it. I wonder if it's still in Frontiers files too

Impressive, if only you could get the gravity worrking properly on the sides and bottom portions of the cylinders geometry and add springs to connect broken parts of the level together, you might have an alright recreation of the level from Lost World.

Would love to see other maps from other open world games imported into Frontiers just to see how they play. Elden Ring, BOTW/TOTK, Skyrim, FFXV, and more.
