This make a really mad, because we have a women in our Complex who is abusing a dog in the same manner. I seen it, the neighbors seen it. We've called, wrote inpact statments. And the animal officers came and talk to her, they didn't take the dog. She now is hidding the dog, and ever sence she kept the dog indoors. They way there abusing it, there going to kill it. OUr hands our tied, because they need to actaully see her abuse the dog. That probably not going to happen. And what worst the neighbor who lives next to them has seen there 4 year old hitting the dog and yelling bad dog. It's really sickning.
