Life is an ultramarathon. Sharing your pain with your love is important. That hug! Priceless moment.

Yup and the best example is the fact that this isn't even the current world record. The current record is 264.5km (164.36 miles) and is held by Bjørn Tore Taranger. A former overweight punk rock drummer.

One day I was running on the treadmill and I felt pain on my left shin but I couldn't stop my goal was to run for 2 hours non stop at a steady pace and there was a question popping in my mind. What's pain? My answer was it's a temporary feeling but regrets are permanent this kept me going till I completed. Runners tends to transcend themselves in the course of running probably called the zone.

This is one of the greatest physical achievements of all time, and it has only 7k views? Says a lot about how vapid our world has become.

How far can you run on a treadmill in 24 hours? 2 miles? Bet you’d take a “bathroom break” just to go cry in the bathroom alone after 1 mile so nobody could see you’re just a trolling computer warrior.

Can you tell us about the DNF, where and why it happened. Was it just the weather or other factors?

Hi. It was a bit of everything! The perfect storm ( pun intended). I didn't arrive at the race in the best conditions on aspirins for three days prior and at 50km i started to have issues on my left knee. From 80km onwards it was a struggle mentally, physically and in that weather conditions it was hard to keep it together. I dnf at 202km after 26hours, at that point I was limping and very exhausted to continue. And in all honesty the idea to walk it home from there didn't sit well with me. I'll be back!
