No I just want to point out something to everyone if they're putting crown molding and chair rails into a modular home ask them not to put that up until the house is on site so you can make sure that the drywall is mudded and taped where the seams of the drywall meet each other. Because a lot of these manufacturers will put these trim pieces up to hide the fact that they do not mud and tape these areas and that becomes not only an area that will allow cold air to come in and heat to come in but also eventually bugs
