Lots of people with love on their minds and in their souls, we loved the soul connections and music. All this helped towards any tragic situations, sadness of illnesses, we tend to cope with the lot. At least how I was brought up, and the beautiful place too. Well pleased about those days my ffiends

Platform Shoes, Big ass bell bottoms, Big ass Afros', Satin shirts and blouses unbuttoned all the way down to the belly button. Let's not forget the complimentary gold chains to top things off. Man those were the days, and I MISS THEM SO MUCH. Soul Train was the sh_t back in the day and still is. None better. Greatest era for Soul Music and music in general. Without Soul Train I would have been lost and up to no good. It was a very innocent and wholesome time of my life. I will love Soul Train and the memories it brings till the day I die. My mother knew that she could get me to help clean up the house every Saturday morning or NO SOUL TRAIN that week. LoL Those were the days.
