I just now randomly clicked this video, as I have a 1985 ATC250r and laughed when i saw the white 84-85 toyota hauling it, because I have a white 85 toyota 4runner i used to haul my atc.....then i saw the part where the female voice says at 3:20 that the date of the ride is "Sunday afternoon Nov 3rd".... ...I am literally freaking out and have goosebumps because it is LITERALLY Sunday afternoon, Nov 3rd Sunday RIGHT NOW as i watch this for the first time!

Awesome video. My first 3 wheeler was an 86 250R, the CPSC banned 3 wheelers shortly after, so we moved to 4 wheelers like everyone else. Raced desert and motocross for years. Those were good times. Thanks for the memories

This is talent on another level, I am an old school Mx Racer, rode and raced against the best in the world! Saddleback park was my Favorite place on Earth!, like my 2nd home, I have ridden every make and model 2 wheels, 4 wheels and a few of these 3 wheels. 3 Wheels for me was a solid NO! Much Respect for Racing the Baja 1000 on one of these 3 wheel Rocket Ships! Honda was putting out some EPIC equipment back then! Epic Video!

Looks fun. Really I’d like to do the Az peace trail which is on my bucket list after early retirement in December, I watched yours from a year ago.

Yes, not sure I'd go back to Moab to rock crawl, way too far but more of a bucket list item. Too slow and too risky for damage or injury. AZ peace trail is totally different and enjoyable, just more dust and rougher at times.

Was it the Shock fork or the ball joint that gave out on the front end? Awesome video. I gotta get my car to the next race, looks so fun.

Looks like the main failure were the weak tabs, on the frame, that the arms are bolted to. Seems too thin but maybe it’s meant to be the weak point. The shock shaft also broke at the threads. Not sure anything would have held up to that solid hit. Co-driver was pooping blood but okay now.

@@csprophotodotcom Oof mustve been a pretty hard hit. Camera didnt do it justice. Shock Therapy's Shock Forks wrap around the shaft of the shock at the threads and a bit above to keep them from shearing when other suspension bits let go. May not have made a difference in an impact that bad tho.

@@JustDontDieDalton yes I believe he did have different shock ends for that reason. 7/8” shaft to 5/8” threads 🙄. Somebody makes a shaft with 7/8” threads he’s looking into.

Thanks, I use Sony A7s3, A1 and/or nx80. This was done on A7s3 and 100-400GM. Drones- DJI mini 3, Avata or FPV

I used to use the 100 to 400 for wild life. It had a camouflage skin on it that I have now taken off because it was making noise while zooming as well as hindering smooth zooming.
