I was fortunate that I fell naturally into productive patterns of thought from year dot. I don't use a smart phone. I go out into the world with ears and eyes fully open. I want to have every sense of mine connected with the living world. Nature, fauna and flora, wind, rain, sunlight and darkness. All part of natural frequencies. Introspection and observation. I feel like a reflection of anything I experience. Other people can be challenging as I refuse to reflect back negativity. Instead I absorb it and then turn it around to create a positive outcome. If I fail in this endeavour, the interaction with the 'other' leaves me exhausted and in need of a personal reset. This information as per this video has only recently come to me. It must have been part of the plan. I feel as though I've had a sixty year head start. Only here do words have to happen. Most of the time I try to conduct my internal narrative without them. I'm thinking of everything and nothing simultaneously. The overall feeling I have is of being protected so long as I adhere to the rules and laws of existence.
