True and not true just imo. I try to teach my child he can be anything he wants to be as long as he knows it will never be handed to him. He will have to work hard for his dreams and his passions and prove himself only to himself; no one else. If someone does come along trying to give him something too easy or too grand; there’s a price for it - and that price usually will cost you your soul. Also teach him failure is a part of life. You’re not supposed to get it right the first time all the time bc if you did, how are you going to learn? Only true failure is never daring to try at all.
