Hi Vikas ji, Same experience mera bhi raha, jab maine apni bike khareedne se pahle khud reviews dekhna shuru kiya. Paripekshya ke liye mai apna udaahran deta hun: Mera purpose sirf mere office location se weekends pe apne ghar jaana tha. Han back of the mind ye tha ki long tours pe zarur jayenge. Lekin ye mai abhi tak kar nahi paya hun. Ab baat karte hain budget ki, aur aise logon ki jo shuru se hi apne aap ko ek "RIDER" image me dekhte hain aur jaa ke Classic uthaa laate hain. Aise bahut se log successful ho bhi jaate hain aur bahut se nahin bhi hote. Jo Laddakh jaise terrain me ek baar Classic 350 se ho kar aa gaye, wo generally kaan pakad lete hain ki Commuter bikes ya low-end cruisers jaise Avenger 220 aur Meteor 350 se ab nahi jayenge Laddakh. To laddakh jaane se pagle 2-5,000 km chalayi, laddakh aane jaane me 2-4,000 km chal gayi, fir kabhi sabji lene ja rahe hain aur kabhi kisi ko busstand se pick up karne. 2-3 saal aur 30 - 40,000 km me shauk poora ho gaya, ab ek Activa chahiye jiski service me 3000-3500 khali nut bolt aur emgine oil ke na dene pade aur bus stop ke pick ups bhi chalte rahe, kabhi kabhar office bhi aana jaana laga rahe aur kabhi LPG cylinder aage rakh ke ghar le aaye. ----- Ab dusre logon ki baat, jo real sense me bike riding ke liye passionate hain. Wo log thoda dimaag lagayenge aur Himalayan ya scram jaisi bikes pe haath daalenge, jo ki sahi sence me aur ek mid ha low range offroader bike hai. Aise log kuch bhi karein lekin bike ko dhool nahi fankne dete. Mere pados me ek Himalayan, ek Yezdi (scrambler model), ek Harley aur ek Ninja 300 hai. Ye log aksar bike wasb wale ke pas bike dhulwate dikh jaate hain pichle 3 saal se. So it all depends.

Meteor me Heat ki problem classic ke mukable kaafi kam hai, sitting postion ki wajah se Kamar, peeth, kandhe kam dukhte hain, ghutne me koi strain mujhe aaj tak nahi hua. Mai har 2nd week 150 km one side aur 300 km up and down karta hun. Sirf halka sa lower back me pain hota hai. Kuch logo se maine ye suna samjha hai ki jo meteor ki standard seat hoti hai wo jaada soft hai, aur isliye back aur lower back ko support nahi deti. Shayad iski tourer seat RE ka hi 5500 - 6000 ka ata hai. Us me bolstering jaada hai, wo thodi hard seat hai, lekin long rides pe pain ki problem nahi aane deti. Halanki mai khud standard seats use kar raha hun is kiye tourer seats ki performance ke baare me sahi sahi nahi bata sakta. Ek myth jo commonly biker community me rahti hai, ki bime lambi hone ke kaaran city me chalana mushkil hota hai metsor 350 ko. Ye ek dam bakwas hai, city me aur kam speeds me bhi meri meteor 350 ka performance lajawab hai. Mere bhai ke paas classic 350 hai, wo stop point se pickup meteor ke mukable achha uthaati hai, lekin jab highways par hon ya low speed me bhi hon to Metwor ki pulling power achhi hone ke saath saath, isme gear jaldi jaldi shift nahi karne padte. Is se bike ke aaram me 10% ijaafa ho jata hai Classic ke mukable.

Bro lamination ka kya scene hai iss bike pe? Should we go for it?
@rides-reviews29 күн бұрын
Lamination (PPF) tab karwana chahiye, jab aap apni bike ko jaada der dhoop aur dhool mitti me khadi rakhte ho. Things to consider: 1. Good quality PPF only (with minimum 1 year warranty, ki PPF nikaalte time paint kharab nahi hoga) 2. Agar low quality PPF lagwaya hai, to 1 sal poora hote hi nikalwa dena hai. (Good quality PPFs should start from around 5,000 Rs. Aksar PPF ki warranty jitni extra hoti jayegi, utna price badhta jayega) 3. Agar aapko chhote mote scratches se jaada dikkat nahi hoti to bina PPD ke bhi kam chal jayega. 4. Sab se jaada scratch lagne wala area hota hai fuel tank. Agar aap ko bhi helmet nikal ke bike ke tank par rakhne ki aadat hai. Ya aap drive karte time bags etc. Tank pe rakhte ho, to aap sirf fuel tank pe PPF karwa doge, to bhi kafi headache kam ho jati hai. PPF - Paint Protection Film

Baki agar aap theek thaak care kar lete ho, like hamesha microfiber kapde se dusting aur washing karwana, to PPF zaruri nhi hai. Han agar bike daily poora din dhoop me khadi rahti hai ya birds ki droppings girti hain bike pe to krwa lena chahiye

So konsa preferable hai stellar black or fireball black jiske color me problem kam ho
@rides-reviewsАй бұрын
Hi, Sir maine fireball black use nahi ki hai. But mere friend ke pas fireball red hai. Mai 100% guarantee ke sath to nahi kah sakta but I think, Stellar (matte black) ke comparison me Fireball black ke color ko maintain karna jyaada easy hai. Engine power aur riding dynamics me koi fark nahi hai. To aap fireball ya stellar me jo acchha lage le sakte ho. Stellar black ki look jyada classy lagti hai, lekin hard to protect from scratches. Fireball black looks more modern but may have less paint/scratch issues. *Please do your research as well.

@rides-reviewsАй бұрын
Yes, you can wash it at home. Halanki mujhe kabhi time nahi milta ghar pe wash karne ka, to mai to bahar hi wash karwata hun. Jab bike pe keechad ya beet etc. pad jati hai aur bike yaada gandi ho jati hai to fir mai turant wash karwa leta hun chahe 1 din pahle hi wash karwaya ho. Warna agar sirf dhool jama ho jaye to mai kam chala leta hun 1 hafte aur kai bar 2 hafte bhi. Dust saaf karne ke liye microfiber ya achhi quality ka kapda use karo, amazon aur local shops pe mil jayega. Agar bike pe ret yani sand pada ho ya bird droppings padi hon to dry body pe kapde se khurachna mat. Ghar pe wash kar karne ke liye bhi koi achha kapda use karo (pahanne wale kapde nahi use karna) aur bike pe shampoo foam ko bahut lighly failaana hai jahan jahan dirt ya duar hai. Aur bas wash kar dena hai. Sukhane ke liye bhi microfiber.

Han twist ye hai ki 6 feet walon pe jyaada Heavy bikes jyaada achhi lagti hain, like Meteor 650, Interceptor ya Continental GT. Sports bike jaise R15 me handlebar jhuka hua hai to us me rider bhi jhuk ke bike chalata hai to height jyaada nahi dikhti.

Bro can i buy matt meteor and then do cermaic coating for converting it to gloss black. So will that gloss be permanent or the colour may get dull . Main reason buying matt is the chrome parts which i dont get in fire ball . So can do cermaic coating on matt for converting it to black
@rides-reviews2 ай бұрын
I don't think so dear. Ceramic coating is just like a protective cover for the original paint. It is not meant to make a matte colored bike to a glossy one. Initially, I was a little scared about the matte black color too. But with time, now I feel that the matte color looks much more beautiful. But, yes, that's only my point of view. If you like glossy, that's also a great choice. Ii have heard that there are people in the market who apply good quality glossy PPF on matte color, but this information is unverified. I would like you to do a bit of research by visitting a detailing franchise/shop for your queries.
@rides-reviews2 ай бұрын
If you are scared about the scratches, then yes, matte paint gets scratched easily. In my case, I haven't yet placed anything like a backpack on my bike tank due to my fear of scratches. Iin my case, I realized that if I take scratches too seriously, It will rob me of my joy of riding my bike. Yes when the bike is news, everyone of us is a little too careful about such things. So, it's totally up to you. Short answer: Ceramic coating doesn't make matte paint glossy, but maybe you can get a glossy PPF wrap for your bike.

Sorry for replying late friend. The life of an average to good PPF is normally less than 1 year, which I can tell from my own and one of my friend's experience.
@rides-reviews2 ай бұрын
It is recommended that you get your oold ppf removed after aroung 7-8 months and get new one. It's generally seen that PPFs that are kept for more than 1 or 1.5 years face the problem, that when they are removed the original paint gets damaged, especially if your bike is left in heat and sun frequently and for longer periods of time.

I rode Hness. Didn't feel connected to the bike. H'ness is smooth for sure and has slipper cluth, which reduced tiredness. I am 5 feet 5 inch in height and my foot was very less touching the ground, when stationary. The bike is heavy as hell, around the weight of RE Classic 350. I rode the bike (Hness) for only a few kilometers. I would rather go for a Hunter instead of hness. However if you want to feel the fun of cruising and be easily able to handle the bike at low speeds, meteor 350 is a better alternative. However, I would also suggest you to first take a long test ride on Hness before making a decision.

@rides-reviews4 ай бұрын
Han ji, is color ka look to achha hai lekin scratches bahut jaada aate hain. Lekin mansik tanao se bachne ke liye ap ek kam kar sakte ho: 1. Bike ka cover le lo aur jab bhi aisi jagahh bike park kar rahe ho jahan se gadiyaan jaada aati jaati hain, ya bachhe khelte hain to bike ko cover kar ke rakho. 2. Bike ko ek din wash karwa ke thoda door se jaise 1-2 meter door se dekho. Agar itne distance se aappko bike me koi scratches nahi dikh rahe aur sirf tabhi dikhte hain jab aap bike ko ek dum nazdeek se deekhte hain, to matlab iske liye kuch karne ki zarurat technically nahi hai. 3. Bike me ek diggy lagwa lo ya fir apne saath ek spft microfiber kapda rakha karo aur normal pahne hue fate purane kapde se bike mat pochho. 4. Kai logon ki aadat hoti hai pitthu bag ko aage se tangte hain, fir bag ka base tank pe ragadta hai. Ye avoid kar sakte ho. 5. Log helmet nikal kar tank pe rakh dete hain. Sab se jaada scratch is se padte hain. Agar condition jaada hi kharab hai to mai kahunga ek bar Royal Enfield service center pe jaa ke paint ka budget puch lo. Fir unhi se confirm kar lena ki paint kaarwa ke ham upar se PPF film chadhwa lein? Waise to agency wale kabhi PPF ki salah nahi dete, lekin mera ek dost use kar raha hai. Aur 2 saal bad ab wo PPF nikalwa raha hai. To decisiion aap pe hai. Lekin sab se bada factor hai peace of mind. Agar bike ke chalne me koi mechanical gadbadi nahi hai aur kahin bhi bejhijhaak aa ja sakte hain to scratch pe jaada dhyan nahi dena chahiye. 😊

Well, then Welcome to the Meteor Family 😇😇

Meteor looks heavier overall, could be used for local rides as well.

Yes, when you get a hang of it, then this bike doesn't feel that heavy. This maybe partially due to the low seat height, which allows people of even my height, effortlessly move this bike.

I recently bought same royal enfield meteor stelar. Ill get it in april. Can you make more vidoes. Im also looking for fog lights.
@rides-reviews9 ай бұрын
@@Yourname-d1k sure dear. I will! Honestly speaking, I did not find the normal headlight of the bike any less capable. Iit has quite a good throw. Even at low beams its adjustment seems to be perfect. But yes, I think havind fog lights is a plus. Since wi ters are already gone, you can also wait for next winters, but please please do as you find is the right thing. It is just my opinion.

It is better to be slow than fast while riding bike or car or veichle

RE Makes stupid bikes far better motorcycle available in Indian market in lesser prices
@harikiran62429 ай бұрын
People who like RE they are buying RE product.They know price is more and they think its worth it and there are other vehicles which are better at these price or lesser ,I too agree but at last it's al their personal choice.RE doesn't come to our home ask to buy their product.RE has created a symbol of pride. I just want to say, whatever might be the brand just don't think of speed ,that's it

@@sagarbaishya4977 thanks for your valuable comment. Yes, when it comes to personal preference, then there are different other bikes available too. I personally liked Jawa Bobber as well, but because it's ground clearance is slightly lower and may not be ideal for tours like Leh-Ladakh and Village roads, so went for the Meteor. For just city rides, I think Bobber from Jawa gives quite the competition to Classic 350.

Hey Harikiran, thanks for your valuable comment. Yes, I quite agree with what you said. In fact some of my friends have been constantly asking me about, "what speed I maxed on my Meteor on the highway?" I simply told them, which is true, that " I only cruise between 70-80 km/hr and only get to 90 km/hr, while overtaking. And have been quite satisfied with the results. But yes, when you compare it with Bikes Like the Jawa Bobber and of course the classic 350, it's marginally slower - the good news is, when you go slow, there are comparatively lesser chances of meeting with an accident. What do you think?
