Well I have my trans together and the reverse bolt is not lined up. What are the steps to get it lined up the fastest?

@@ProjectDailyy mark on the bell housing where the bolt is and take the case out. Rotate the shaft to align with the mark you just made and put the case back on

@@hlias_corolla well the stich weld was done with a shitty ass harbor freight flox core welder. It doesnt have amps per say. Its just a nob that you regulate. So no idea what the amp is sorry.

Wow, that is a proper exhaust system. Well done. Honestly, I’d have quit and put the original stuff back on once I discovered the O2 sensor issue. All that welding is a bit tedious for me 😂

Very nice work, did you back purge the stainless tubes with argon when welding? I never do, but I often wonder if others do it. I am going to remove the valves out my 4.2 boxes as they rattle a lot, but worried about making her too loud, have you just used the two resonators and otherwise straight through?

Thank you. I back purged the headers. The mid pipe I didn't. But yes its pretty much straight pipe with the 2 resonators

Excellent work! How is the fit and tolerances? Will this fit both the 4.2 and 4.7 engines? You car was a Sport model and you added the MC bumper. Will this fit on a factory MC model? Lastly how much and how can i buy?

@@JVig73 thank you. The 4.2 and 4.7 have the same dimension as far as exhaust coming out of the engine goes. The MC rear bumper is actually easier because the chassis has the cutouts for the exhaust to go through. Price wise is very expensive unfortunatelly. This will be something built in place so the car will have to be with me. If you are still interested shoot me an email [email protected]

@@DMarcT so far the biggest problem is the Clutch Masters. Thats what i design it for. If your slave is over extending now, then yes this will get rid of that issue.

Ah, you have that hideous rattle from the exhaust valves inside the box. I cut my boxes open to look inside, but chickened out of removing the valves at the time and instead put levers on so I could open them manually. I will cut the valves out soon. The valves open at 4000 rpm or thereabouts - really restrictive.
