I listened to this song this year (2024) when i had to make a tough choice between two very important things in my life. I went for the choice that was kinda hard. The phrase 'nobody knows what they're doing' and i was like... why not try it and figure it out? I'll come back in future to see if that was worth it.❤❤

Beautiful song. Could you plz fix the lyric mistake at the beginning of the song? She doesn't say, "Yes my dear", she says, "Yes buddy". I still call my son bud...maybe that's why it's bugging me. She says that very clearly...it doesn't sound like 'yes my dear' at all.

I first heard this song two days ago on the anniversary of my mother’s passing/birthday. My brother had posted something about our momma on his Facebook story and this song was included. I had ended up listening to the whole song several times through. I’m not much of an expressive person but in under 8 hours, I cried 3 times listening to this song because it reminded me so much of my childhood and my mother who fought brain cancer for 10 years and diabetes all while raising me and my siblings while we scraped the bottom of the barrel each and every month.
