Hi there, is it possible to use a similar method to have the same information, but all in one word document? Thanks!

Thanks for the video tutorial. It works great my side ! I was just wondering if there was an automated way to save a different file for each student automatically, using, say, the surname as the filename, without having to manually save each page and type the name of the file you're saving ?

Lets say I have 100 rows in excel. How do I get 100 different pdfs files without clicking print for each one?

How to show the data for the second row? Only in the first row data shows.
@westsunvisa9 ай бұрын
Got it now. Its besides the Show preview the one with left and right arrow, you have to choose what number of row.

Thank you very much. Worked perfectly. We run a training center and have 17 class rooms. If you have something different everyday that could mean 85 room assignments each week. My building manager was doing it individually. Huge time saver.

Thanks for the video. You've already saved me hours of time. Just curious if I wanted to make 4 separate documents at once from your data set, would I just merge from 4 to 1 instead of 2 to 1?
@ltalpacas6786 Жыл бұрын
You can create 1 PDF or word file with unlimited sheets, each pulling data from a row in the data set provided. In order to split that file with unlimited pages into separate docs google "how to split PDF files".

Can you use this to generate that document for all in a batch save vs. going one by one and saving? Ex... you have 4 students in your spreadsheet, batch process to create a document for all 4 at once vs. saving one at a time? Thanks! this is awesome
@Blake-yh4um2 жыл бұрын
You can click the Finish & Merge, Print Documents, All, print to PDF. This batch creates them all in the one document.

And how! I can't believe how quickly he's gone from day 1 (click & treat) to day 2 = understood touch the target, although took time to figure out exactly what he needed to do... to day 6 = following the target out in the field, staying still & coming when called... very intelligent creatures!

Yeah, when I watched the later video and saw him come when you called his name. I had to rewind because it surprised me so much.
