A wonderul interview, Beatrice is such an inspiration and she takes the art of storytelling so seriously. Love the part where she takes kids seriously and respects them. And when she talked about making imperfect work because it keeps the energy and aliveness fresh 🥰 Thank you to all three of you 🌸

My kid chose this on their last visit to the library, the robo book dust cover pull out thing had been ripped out. Can confirm story makes sense and is oddly dark without it

Thank you Betsy (and Jill!) for this fantastic interview with Beatrice Alemagna. I've followed her work for years and she's such an inspiration to me. Her work is a breath of fresh air - so honest and surprising. She is uncompromising in her creative vision and this was such a treat to watch. Thank you! x

Very interesting to see the Author N.D. Wilson in flesh that we have been following throughout his books. What a character, no wonder he has such a fantastic imagination!
